Food for Thought: A Cookbook Book Club

Every month we pick a new cookbook and you select, make, and bring the recipe of your choice. After sampling an array of delicious treats, we sit down to discuss the process. This month’s selection is Thanksgiving 101 : celebrate America’s favorite holiday with America’s Thanksgiving expert Rick Rodgers.

With Thanksgiving 101 by your side, preparing for the holiday will be a pleasure. With step-by-step instructions for classic Thanksgiving dishes, as well as new twists on old favorites, this book will become gravy-stained in its first outing.Thanksgiving 101 serves up a delicious education for novice and experienced cooks alike.

To participate, you must make and bring a recipe from this month’s book. You may pick up a copy of the book at the Johnson Public Library Circulation Desk.
